Following up..

Though I do not want to argue with you, I still want to say never did I doubt your committment to the clique and to the soccer sessions right down to the organising. You are one of the responsible peeps around and I am grateful and appreciative to you for that.

I am not your best of friends but some truths won't hurt. What I want to put accross is that the current way of organising, calling the primary people will work only if you ask early (& everyone responds to you early, which of cos needs everyone cooporation). Only then you are able to ask other pple if you feel that you need the numbers and at the same time sparing a thought for their feelings. I do not really care who u call now cos I jus treat the session purely to play football but at least have a decent number with decent people to make it a good game. Since you all do not respect how I feel abt some pple, then pls kindly do not expect me to keep giving in. Good if u understand, never mind if you do not. (If you all can tolerate pple bring in fags into the field of play which may end up hurting you, so be it. )

The reason I wrote those numbers at the back of the notebooks and befriend them while playing soccer becos I knw we need them every now & then but I long realised the other organisers are not calling them. As i explained to Amanda (someone whom I respect as well), the current pple in her list won't sustain the sessions.

Never doubted you, you have done your job but certainly you can do better. If you are oblivous to the suggestions so be it but then if your ears and heart is open, we can discuss.

In any which case, you can also forget abt this whole episode and just simply tell me the time for soccer every week, together with who is playing. I believe it is in my own very right to decide whether to come or not.

Hope this helps ur resentment, if it do not, then you can still curse me if you want cos u are doing that alrdy anyway.

P/S: I am not blaming Kesuma nor anyone for not coming so please do not assume as well.

Thanks
BH

Though i have no idea what happened, but i feel that it is not easy to be an organiser, especially when he needs to make critical decisions, like when it rains or when there are simply too few ppl to play. Some may choose to go there and pray for the rain to cease. Others will rather stay at home than waiting there. So it is up to the organiser to decide, and it is his duty and responsiblity to come with the best solution.

I agree with blackburn that it is quite disturbing when ppl ask questions like "Hey how many people will turn up huh" or "raining leh, so u all going anot". We only need to send one sms to the organiser. But imagine the poor organizer has to reply to so many people. Futhermore, there are too many silly questions which ppl may ask,and they may offer their own opinions. So how should the organiser decide?

Thus a simple "yes, i am coming" or "no, go ahead and enjoyself" will save the organizer unnecessary work. In times of unforeseen circumstances, the organiser shall make the final call.
