Hi all,
Due to the recent lack of people from the USUAL GANG turning out for weekly soccer, I have come up with this new rule.
So just thinking if everyone with the clique is agreeable to it, then it will be inputted into our Weekly Sunday Soccer.
So as of January, I suggest that the USUAL GANG if possible, try to give their availability in advance for the WHOLE MONTH (Sunday only) to THE ORGANSIER of the MONTH.
Then, the organiser will not need to contact the USUAL GANG and just try to get enough people for the next few sunday.
Moreover, as adults now, PLANNING IN ADVANCE is not a very hard thing to do. AND unless you have sudden unforeseen issues, pls KEEP TO WHAT YOU STATED IN THE SCHEDULE. And if you have problems, contact the organiser.

Psycho and Mendi – If you guys wanna come and can come, just contact the organiser in advance.

This is for our own good and for the future of our WEEKLY SOCCER.
I will make the new soccer contact list/organiser list and pass it out on Sunday.

It's a good plan, saves alot of effort.
You can call it the 'opt-out' scheme' hahah.
Have some suggestions for clauses to add haha:
Acceptable number of players per session: 12 to 20.
If anyone in the opt-out scheme cannot make it for a particular week, he/she has to do so as early as he can. Latest time: 12 hrs beore kickoff (i suggest).
Failure to meet time guideline means you still have to pay. Organizer has discretion to grant exceptions if the 12hr limit is not kept to.
If your chances of attending a particular session are 50/50, say you cannot make it, then inform again if you can confirm your attendance.
You may be turned down if there are already too many players.
Give Yes or No answers when communicating with organizer, no freaking "see how" or "got who else playing?".
If you say you are coming and fail to attend, organizer will judge if your reason for non-attendance is acceptable. If its not, like "I couldn't wake up 'cos I was watching La Liga", you pay DOUBLE.
Everyone is expected to exhibit reasonable standards of behaviour and sportsmanship ON and OFF the pitch.
